SECURITY

PROPERTY CHECKS- A uniformed security officer in a marked patrol vehicle will patrol your property each night. These patrols consist of parking lot checks, and exterior building checks to be sure all doors and windows are locked and closed. We will also check any equipment you  may have outside to be sure it is locked, keys removed, or any other duty that we are requested to do. If your company runs a third shift, we will check in with the supervisor to assure them that all is in order.

PARKING LOT CHECKS- A uniformed security officer in a marked patrol vehicle will patrol your parking lot to make sure fire lanes are clear, handicap spaces are clear, and any other issues that may arise.

NIGHTLY CLOSE DOWN SERVICE- A uniformed officer in a marked patrol vehicle will stand by outside your business while your employees close down for the night. Our security officer will remain there until the last employee has left the property safely. The officer will then do a walk around to make sure your business is secure for the night.

CLOSING STAND-BY- A uniformed officer in a marked patrol vehicle will meet your closer, and follow them to the bank and assist them in safely making the deposit. The officer will remain with your employee until they are in their vehicle and safely on their way.

ANTI-LOITERING SERVICE- A uniformed security officer in a marked patrol vehicle will check your grounds for loiterers and move them along. This can be scheduled or unscheduled as a call in to our dispatch. This service is offered as individuals loitering in parking lots and in front of your business causes damage and a loss of customers.

ADDED FEATURES

THE GUARDSCAN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM- We will place a radiofrequency identification tag at selected spots on your property and the officer will scan to show that that area has been checked. It will show the date, time, and location. This will also record any incidents that may occur in that area and a monthly print out will be printed and gone over with each client, in addition to an incident report if one is warranted at the time of the check.
